Getting to know each other should be about listening, asking questions, and putting one another first—but God always comes first in my life. I'm a servant of God before anything else.
I'm at a point in life where I don't feel the need to impress anyone. Just ask me questions, and I'll gladly answer them honestly.
I was blessed to be married for 38 years to a wonderful, Godly woman. I stayed by her side throughout her illness until the Lord called her home. That experience strengthened my faith and taught me even more about love, commitment, and keeping my promises.
I believe God's grace is greater than our failures, and I believe in forgiveness. My Christian faith is the foundation of my life. I was baptized in the Catholic Church and later ordained in a Protestant church. The words that have guided my life are simple: always be humble and kind.
Cooking and baking have been my passion and profession for over 40 years. Today, my 37-year-old daughter and I serve together in an unsheltered homeless hot meals ministry that we started together, preparing and serving meals for 100–200 people every other week. Serving others is one of the greatest blessings in my life.
I'm financially secure through my Veterans disability benefits, and I'm grateful for the stability God has provided. If I were blessed to meet the right woman, I would even be open to having another child together.
My family heritage is Irish and Scottish, and my late wife was from Bolivia. I enjoy learning about different cultures, and yes, I have a soft spot for Spanish, Irish, and Scottish women—especially natural redheads. More importantly, I'm looking for a woman whose heart belongs to the Lord.
I'm looking for a woman who truly loves Jesus, values honesty, kindness, and family, and enjoys spending time together. If you love to cook, I'd be happy to cook beside you in harmony.

- Something wholesome that would have to be discussed beforehand. It would not be boring to say the least. Going to church together for a first date is not out of the question. I'm open for most anything. Ren fair? Heritage festivals? No county fairs. Equestrian or rodeo events? I'm a cowboy.
