Single parent by choice

I always knew I would have kids whether or not I had a husband. When the opportunity arose, I adopted my son. That puts me in a somewhat unique situation, since I'm not divorced nor did I conceive out of wedlock.



Since getting my son, I have not even attempted to date; but this year I felt some sort of stirring inside and decided to casually check out sites like this one.



Are there others out there who have adopted as single parents? If so how has dating gone for you?

I am not sure if you are familiar with Boundless Webzine for Christian singles but there is a podcast on singles that have adopted. Episode #212
