Hi, my name is Chris!! Glad to see you here on my page. I'm very easy going and understanding. I wasn't raised in a church and have had the opportunity to live in a life full of sin. Personally, I think that Christ has really revealed alot to me concerning that. If I'm an honest man I will admit I still struggle with sin daily which is why I need God constantly. Which is why Galatians 2:20 is my favorite verse.
The best things in life in my opinion would be going on a nice hike, exploring Iowa, basketball, reading/studying my bible. This is what gives me peace of mind. I also work in construction building pole barns, doing steel/vinyl siding and roofs.
If God is for us then who can be against us. My walk with Christ has been up and down since I got saved at 16. I wasn't raised in a Christian home and it was far from it. Though God found me and has been with me ever since. I use to have a drinking problem but by the love and mercy of God I have turned my life around.
What I'm looking for on here is open ended. I would like to find someone to do daily devotionals with, studying the Bible and pray with. I'm a relatively patient person and do sometimes struggle alone spiritually. We all need someone to lean on from time to time.
