I'm at a crossroads and want to start a new chapter. I'm seeking a committed Christian man to spend the rest of my life with. I'm an ordained Minister who co-founded Crossroads Fellowship Bible Institute in Jinotepe, Nicaragua where we trained the Nicas for free to be ministers and Pastors. They received their Bachelor's and Master's degrees through our program of study.
I now live in Okeechobee, FL and have 2 small poodles so you must love animals. I am active at Calvary Chapel and am there when the doors are open for services and Bible studies. God is first in my life. Looks and your income are not as important to me as your walk with God. Seeking my same qualities: honest, trustworthy, giving, faithful, affectionate, kind with no guile, and has a sense of humor. I'm an outgoing people person who loves animals and pet sits on occasion. My vices are chocolate and ice cream. Lol I literally eat them every evening. You could say I am a Jill of all trades, I worked my way up through the government taking 4 pages of classes. God helped me every step of the way. I went from Secretary to Information Assistant, Information Specialist, Management Analyst, Editor, Supervisory Editor, Publications Manager over Editorial, Publishing, and Distribution Departments. Systems Command at Andrews AFB, Camp Springs, MD merged with Logistics Command and I had to go to Wright Patterson AFB in Fairborn, OH. There I was assigned as the Commander's (3 Star General) personal editor and did Publications Policy over all our Air Force bases which required a lot of travel and meetings. I retired in 1993 after putting in 27 years and took an early out and opened Crossroads Book and Gifts. I later started a wholesale distributorship and did trade and gift shows across major US cities. I moved the whole operation in 1997 to Florida and opened Crossroads Gifts and Collectibles in the Sanford, FL mall. I had married Chuck in 1993 as I was retiring never dreaming the marriage would only last 9 years. I divorced him after he bedded the third woman and shut down the store and distributorship. I was heart broken. I became a Realtor and asked God what he wanted me to do now. He led me to a small ad for a Bible School that was enrolling students. I enrolled thinking it was just to learn more about the Bible. I quickly became an A student and Pastor John ordained me. I met Floyd some time after that and we quickly got married. Floyd was a Baptist Pastor and I have a Pentecostal background and he would jokingly call us Baptiscostals. Floyd had pastored churches up North but we were never able to get one in Florida. The committees always chose a younger couple. Floyd passed away 3 months shy of our being married 16 years. He caught COVID in 2021 and battled the illness. He was diabetic and had become legally blind a few years after we married but it didn't stop us from going to Nicaragua and doing what God had called us to do. After COVID he was on oxygen the first 6 months. He immediately went on dialysis 3 days a week. We switched to PD dialysis nightly at home to make his life easier. His heart started having issues and they inserted a pacemaker but it didn't stop him from having heart attacks. He was in and out of hospitals numerous time and in nursing homes twice. After they did a stress test he had a heart attack. A week after getting him back home he had another heart attack. The doctors decided they would put in a bubble to help the heart valve and tried to stabilize him but he took a turn for the worse and they called me back into the hospital . The doctor had me at the nurses desk telling me we needed to place him in hospice because organs were starting to fail and at that moment they called code blue and tried to revive him for 12 minutes but had to call the time of death. My parents, grandparents, and brother are all in heaven and probably greeted Floyd on his arrival.

- I can drive half way to meet you at a Restaurant Or Coffee Shop for our first meeting. I drove an hour to meet Floyd for the first time. We met online and I am hoping that lightening will so to speak strike again. We talked for Hours at our first meeting and he proposed before 6 Months had passed. When he asked me to marry him I told him I had a calling to open a Bible School to teach others to become ministers and pastors for free, He started
and I asked him what was so funny he told me that was the same thing that was on his heart to do too but he hadn't told me yet. Floyd was pragmatic, quiet, gentle, even tempered, a peacemaker too but would sit back and watch people quietly and later make keen observations, he loved the Lord with all his being and cared deeply for people helping them when he could. He loved our students but could not perform the graduation speeches his emotions would get the better of him and he would be fighting back tears. He left the speeches and handing out diplomas to me. Floyd loved to fish and I'm sure if there is a lake in heaven he is there with the Apostles catching fish.
