My Christian faith has been greatly influenced by Life Action Ministries and Joyce Meyer. I would have a lot in common with someone who is familiar with either of these.
My call to salvation included my call to service. I have served with Teen Missions International for several years. My priorities are being the right person, being the right partner and being the right parent.
I love serving in my church. I love spending time with my 2 daughters (age 29 and 31). I love heart to heart conversations. I love helping others in a practical way.
I spent 38 years working in IT ending as a Senior Software Engineer. I manage a rental property in Waterloo, Ontario, serve at a soup kitchen AND travel.
It takes 2 to make a marriage work, but only 1 to walk away. I worked on reconciliation for 7 years, but failed.
All healthy relationships require an appropriate balance between giving and taking. The rest are unhealthy and will eventually collaspe. John Maxwell's book "Winning with People" has taught me a lot about relationships.
