What do you men think about "GOING SOLAR"?

Wouldn't it be great to lower our heating and cooling bills by going solar?

I'd sure welcome a small energy bill.

What are your ideas for going green and going solar?

Plastic tatters quickly.

Glass sheets will be expensive.

Sometimes, people discard their old sliding patio doors, so that is what I really hope for. Something that will keep the costs down. But those old patio doors are pretty heavy, and they break.

It would be nice to find a good deal on something that works.

A friend and I did some business with a place that sold windows and other glass products and I was able to get a couple of old windows from them which I used to make and repair a couple of aquariums. They never used the windows for anything and would just throw them away.

I stopped by another window place and asked if I could have a couple windows sitting out by their dumpster and they wanted a backside load of money for something they were just going to throw away. Sometimes greed knows no bounds.

That reminds me of a glass door I saw by a dumpster today. I was going to go back and pick it up, but I forgot. Last time I picked up a glass door that was thrown away and hauled it all over the earth. I then shattered it in one instant when I mowed near to it and the mower showered some sand at it. Instantly, the glass exploded and shattered into a million little pieces. Comical!

I bought some expensive donut magnets today. I hope to replicate a free energy device I saw on the internet that powers a light bulb without a battery and without alternating current.

Are they neodymium or rare earth magnets? If not and you have some old hard drives laying around they have neodymium/rare earth magnets which are really powerful magnets. They're small but if you lay one down on a piece of steel you can't pull it off with you bare hands. You might be able to pry it off but the easiest way is to slide it to the edge.

They have a 95-pound grip and really stay together.

I bought a pair of weaker magnets too with a 65-pound grab. I will try them too. I want to replicate a free energy device I saw on youtube that lights a light-bulb without battery and without plugging in to a wall.
