Is God “Nice”⁉️

For those obsessed with creating their own-nice-little-gods and their own-nice-little-jesus’, allow me to take a closer look at God. This view of God is what “nice” people don’t wanna think about and try hard to ignore.



So, what about pain and suffering endured on earth by many people? God could stop if he wanted. And worse yet, what about eternal (forever) hell⁉️



Is God “nice”⁉️



Actually God is JUST in everything he does and permits.



God is sending people to hell that you might like and of whom you believe are “nice”. People who do “good things”.



So is God “nice”?



As an illustration of a “nice” person, Jesus pointed out a certain man who wanted public attention for giving money to charity. After observing the man, Jesus said the man’s only reward for such a seemly good deed would be earthly accolades.



Why is that?

Because ONLY GOD knows the hearts of men‼️ God knew the that man didn’t really care for the poor as much as he cared for himself and the praise from men.



Besides that, the man was a thief.



The man hypocritically used GOD GIVEN money and resources for his own purposes. God made the man and gave him resources to use for God’s glory only



But this man claimed God’s resources as his own and deposited some of them into a collection to give to the poor.



Since God owns us and all we have, everything we have belongs to God.



You might have received resources from people like that. You might think they’re good people. But unless these people learn to give glory to God and thank him only for the resources and opportunities he gives them, they will end up in hell.



They won’t end up in hell for doing good but for stealing resources from God and using them to glorify themselves.



Remember Herod who gave a fantastic speech and all the people thought he was so great? Herod took all the credit to himself for giving the speech!! Well, God struck him dead because Herod glorified himself instead of glorifying God.



Was God being “nice” ⁉️
