I grew up in the suburbs of Grand Rapids and was homeschool until I went to college. We moved to the country when I was graduating high school. I have a college degree and have a decent job.
My most important thing in my life is my relationship with God through Jesus Christ. I attend a meeting of the church in Grand Rapids, MI. And I have developed good relationships there. I would attend more but I work every other weekend, so on those days I listen to preaching. I also have a disabled brother who I take care of and he preaches at various churches. So I attend with him.
The place where I work is actually a retirement home that is associated with The Brethren assemblies.
I a cook because I grew up cooking a lot for my large number of siblings. I have found that it is a good way to serve people's needs and give them something special.
I own a small herd of cattle, have a big garden, have chickens and turkeys at the moment. Farming takes a lot of time, but I feel like there is something great about raising my own food and being out in nature.
I looking for someone who is interested in the country lifestyle, would like to have kids, homeschool, and be willing to follow where else God leads us.
