Posted : 7 Jan, 2012 08:11 AM So what say you? do you think a long distance relationship can be real and really lead to the goal I hope a Christian is shooting for by courting /dating marriage? How long do you think is too long of a distance? Just want to see peoples general thoughts on the subject.

Posted : 14 Oct, 2011 06:35 PM Ok, I like a mix of both, it really depends on the topic, I think in order to address a pressing issue you need to do a topical sermon. Expository preaching can be just as, if not more Spirit led then topical sermons, because there is one thing we know without any doubt the Biblical Text and its proper interpretation comes from the Spirit.

Posted : 11 Oct, 2011 01:41 PM Does you pastor give topical sermons( picks a topic, speaks on it and cites a number variant verses that are related to the topic some way) or expository sermons( picks one passage from scripture and explain its meaning going line by line) ? Which one do you prefer and why?
