guys fall in love in another girl while in a relationship

It seems to me that the true meaning of love has been lost in today society. Is love that warm touchy-feely feeling a person has when he is with a familiar person? According to the Bible, love is caring in action. Love isn't a 100% what we feel, but what we do. So I don't think this is love at all since there is no caring in action or the lack of what the bible calls love here. "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." So with him" falling in love" is not really love but lust as others have said becasuse it goes again what love is He was self-seeking, dishonor others, lacking in trust and not perseverening. That's my take at least.
