CanCan View Profile	what's the weirdest, strangest, dating exsperence you've ever had? Posted : 26 Oct, 2011 04:35 PM I blame myself for even thinking I could find a friend on Craigslist! Yes Craigslist! lol Once was enough for me to learn my lesson. I put a profile up pic and short description : 'looking for platonic friendship with one who is christian' Something like that. Anyway got a few responses. One guy who lives in Kirkland seemed nice we emailed back and forth, talked on the phone a few times.Then he just couldnt wait to meet me . So we made plans to go to a deli for lunch not too far from where I live. WE meet and he keeps telling me how beautiful I am ,he cant stop staring at me ,not looking ,straring! I was a bit uncomfortable. After we finished eating,we were talking and he suddenly asked me for a kiss! Yes a kiss! I was shocked. I made it clear that I was only looking for friends ,not a date. He was like dont you feel something between us? I was like 'Sorry but I'm going to have to go. You're making me very uncomfortable' He kept asking for a small kiss ,just a peck .I told him I was leaving and he wanted to drive me home .I was like no! I dont live far I can walk. He got upset because I would let him drive me home. I thanked him for lunch outside and went back inside. I waited in the store for a few minutes until I was sure he was gone and wasnt able to follow me home. After I get home still in shock at what just happened. He left messages on my phone and on my yahoo messenger. Telling me he was in love with me and I broke his heart. He was crazy! After about aa week of not responding to his calls or messages he stopped calling. Thank God! :prayingf: That was a horrible and slightly frightening experience. Definitely learned my lesson. Stick with christian websites! : )
