E.g. nothing too tight, too short shorts, taking their tops off to show their muscles etc. Anything that someone does to make someone notice a certain area more than another I personally think isn't choosing to be modest in their attire. That said I am sure we all occasionally wear something that another might see as not modest, but the point really in being modest is to help each other avoid temptation. So this should go hand in hand with waiting for marriage.

Perhaps it depends what time of day you come online? I am from the UK but I work in the Middle East as a teacher / long term missionary. I wondered if that was why they keep suggesting matches mostly from India or further east. When I came back to the UK all of a sudden I was getting matches from America - none from England though (not that I'm too bothered where someone comes from but it is interesting as you say).
