Hi everyone here! I've joined the crowd because I'm tired of being alone and feel its time I found some fun and maybe a bit of love to put in my life. I guess I'm a little sceptical about finding anyone online, so my expectations are a little varied. I'd be happy if I found someone who wanted to email or talk. I haven't dated in a couple years so I'd really just like to find some I can relate to and enjoy in a low pressure way. If that works that I'd love to go out for coffee, a concert, or hiking. I can be creative, silly, and adventurous. I'd rather know a few people really well than a lot of people, but I like going out in groups as long as I have some connection. I have a pretty sensitive side and feel really good when I've worked with homeless people or go out to eat with elderly people. Sometime's it takes a little time for me to open up - but there are others that I click with. My family is also really important to me.

My Christian faith is very important to me. My ultimate goal in life is to learn to love. The way Jesus loved people, Himself, and his Father challenged people. I think the ultimate question God will ask us will be 'did you learn to love?' Loving family and friends can be fun, but everyone who has tried to love is painfully aware of the difficulty in trying to walk it out. I have a lot of goals and a pretty high standard for myself, I've really trying to see myself as God does (with love) when I fail and come short. I'm reminded that, "while we were yet sinners Christ died for us."

I have the eventual goal of having a family, I've learned that trust is built over time. Relationship building is a process, and its important to take time and and patience to see if the person is compatible. Its been a couple years since my last relationship which was pretty painful. It has made me a little more cautious to know that not everyone wants to respect me. I know that God can positively shape any painful experience into the plan He intends.
