I came to know Christ as a teenager and have been His follower ever since.
I retired from one profession in 2015 to begin a career as an author and speaker. I believe God has a plan for our lives every single day and that even includes retirement. I am passionate about the Bible and love teaching it.
The mountains call me. I am awestruck by the beauty of both the Smokies and Rockies and feel blessed every time I get to see them. Seeing a moose, an elk or a buffalo in the wild is one of my favorite things. I don�t believe I could ever tire of looking at God�s majestic world.
I believe in being grateful for small things, a drive in the country, a dish of ice cream, a hug from one of my darling grandchildren. I have been told I am not high maintenance. I think that might be a compliment.
Fall is my favorite time of year. I am always grateful when the heat of summer leaves. I�m even a fan of winter. I love snow.
Do I have baggage? I have often told people that I have truck loads. But I also know Someone who carries it for me.
With all of that being said, I am not going to post a picture yet. There are a couple of reasons for that. Although I will say that sometime in 2019 if you walk into a book store you will see my photo. At such as time when we get to know each other, I will give you my email and we can exchange pictures at that time.
I am looking for someone who loves the Lord. If I ever marry again, it will have to be to someone who is faithful, kind, caring and wants to lead in a Godly relationship.
