- I am very private about my faith primarily because I do not think I have the right to project my understanding of faith on others. I believe in respecting other faiths, other methods of worship. I know that my redeemer lives and that is enough for me. My faith is an integral part of what makes me, me. I am very progressive in my both my political leanings and in my christian understandings. So no narrow minded types need apply. I do not presume to think that I could possibly know what God thinks about all sorts of things (very arrogant). I love to go and do lots of different things from outdoor activities to visiting museums, theatres etc. I also love to be home and cook/bake and sit by a fire in the winter evenings. Must love dogs, my canine companion is with me a lot. Must love kids! My kids are adult "teenagers" and are still very needy (of course they don't think they are). I love many different musical genres; however, choral music is my favorite. I have sung in several community choirs. I sang my entire way through college.

- Probably just coffee to start with, in a neutral location. A real date would depend on the interests of the other person. I am game for a lot of different types of entertainment. I wouldn't say I am a huge sports nut, but I have taken in Wolves, Vikes, Wild, Twins games at their great stadiums. A trip to the Guthrie or the Penumbra would be a treat. Walking at the Rose Garden at Lake Harriet, taking out a kayak, canoe or paddle boat would be fun too. Trying new restaurants, exploring unknown locales.
