I enjoy being outdoors I love hiking camping kayaking and just sitting watching the sunset at times in one of my passions is taking pictures of the clouds and the sky as the sun sets. i do have a glass of simi sweet red wine sometimes. Doctors say 8 oz. a night is heart healthy, and if i do a glass before bed. other wise i don't drink.
