Home is indeed where the heart is and I suppose that is what I am searching for. I am not rooted anywhere and am looking for that one person that makes me want to belong to something. I grew up in the country but have done my fair share of traveling. Hobbies can be found all over and I choose to try many of them instead of wondering what they may be like. Sport bikes are my greatest interest right now outside of my career as an engineer; they have a feeling of freedom surrounding them that requires just enough attention to keep your mind off of anything that is bothering you while at the same time giving you that rush that any sane person desires.
Apart from sport bikes I enjoy Latin dancing, woodworking, soccer, and many extreme sports. If these interest you as well then by all means let's compare and see what common activities we share. I do not advertise it, but I secretly enjoy romcoms; I am searching for that one woman to share my life with and I suppose I enjoy seeing that same mentality portrayed in others. In a relationship I go all in, I do not feel that desire for "me time" that I hear about from others and prefer to spend nearly all my time with that person. Long ago I realized that what I am doing matters little compared to who I am doing it with. I would choose taking a cooking class with the woman of my dreams over a weekend snowboarding by myself every time.
I am quite opinionated on many controversial topics including public healthcare, gun control, abortion, gay marriage, limited government, and the free market just to name a few. I am open to discussing any of these at any time and think that finding common values in any relationship is perhaps the most important step. At the most basic level, I would say that any woman I have any hopes of a future with would have to be Christian, pro-life, and pro-gun. I think physical attraction is extremely important in a healthy relationship and if anyone is not attracted to me then no hard feelings whatsoever, I will not bother you further.
I am looking for that woman that is willing to share everything with me. Trust me when I say I want to hear about your day and anything that has changed since we last spoke. At this point you can safely assume that I would accompany you shopping, although I would most likely have to feign reluctance to not tarnish the precedent set by men in the past.
