- My husband of 50 years passed away 3 years ago after a long battle with leukemia. I am ready to move forward with whatever God has in store for me. I have lived in a small rural area all of my life and love my peaceful surroundings. Definitely not a city girl. I have 2 grown children that live fairly close to me. I have 3 dogs and a horse. I enjoy working in my flowers and mowing my yard. I keep physically fit by exercising/walking 4-5 times a week.
