Hi, I'm Gregory! I've been a Christian for the past thirteen years. I didn't spend much of my younger years in church, but I did know that there was a God and I needed to be right with Him to go to Heaven. I came across the Gospel thirteen years ago, trusted Jesus as my Savior, and have never regretted it; it's the best decision I ever made!
That said, I'm certainly not at any pinnacle of perfection. Sometimes I wonder why God would put up with me and all my sins and weaknesses, but I'm sure glad He does. One of those weaknesses would be my struggles with shyness. I don't always know what to say and I don't say it when I should. But I'm glad God puts up with me and rewards me for those times I overcome it.
I'm looking for that helpmeet God intended for me. A few of the things I believe that I will not compromise on: I'm an old-paths independent fundamental Baptist, I believe the KJV is the version of the Bible Christians should use, and I do not support contemporary Christian music or big contemporary ministries that do not make a big deal of Bible doctrine. I'm looking for a Christian woman with similar beliefs to be my helpmeet. I'm not looking for anything that is at most casual, but a relationship leading to marriage. Also, I would say I'm spontaneously adventurous when it comes to evangelism--if I see an opportunity and I think I can take advantage of it I'll attempt it. I would like her to be supportive of that.
