- I am not a High Roller, a Holy Roller or a Roller Coaster. I am just a guy looking for the last love of my life. With God’s grace I pray I will find an equal. I am looking for someone local and trying to stay within a 40-minute drive of my zip code 34476. Someone who loves God first as I do and who loves themselves as well. I am involved in my church. I usher and volunteer for various projects. I tithe graciously and generously not just to my church but to other Christian and Non-Christian Organizations. I will be 62 in April of 2021, I am 5’9” and weigh about 170 lbs. I moved from Maryland where I worked in Marketing and Advertising Agency as an officer of a Corporation. I worked in every facet of the company. One of most recognized clients of ours was Disney. After I retired, I moved to Florida where I purchased a house in a gated community. I am a competent intelligent and financially stable man comfortable in any situation. I am a good listener and easy to get along with. I don’t yell and never raise my hand to human or animal unless to defend myself from harm. (Disclaimer: The previous statement does not apply to ages two - five years old) It is extremely rare to see me without a smile on my face. I always have a smile to greet someone regardless of what is going on in my life. There is nothing I would not do if asked if I had the means and ability to do so. I am very outgoing once I get to know someone but can be a little on the shy side at first. It all depends on the circumstances. I love to make people laugh, do so often and quick witted. I am a hopeless romantic that loves to do both big and little things often to show my feelings, how much I care and appreciate someone. Like getting flowers, cards, a handwritten note, a gift or show up to do something that needs to be done. I also have no problem expressing my feelings through words. It’s a combination of the two. Several years ago, after a 44-year relationship that included dating, engagement, and marriage, it ended in divorce. It was something I did not want but there was nothing I could do to stop it. After several years I am ready to share my life with someone. So, it’s been a very long time since I’ve dated. While I have been on a few dates, I need to find someone who shares my love for God. Which is why I am here on this site. Abby, my beloved rescued Miniature Poodle mix, best friend and house mate is a package deal. She was extremely abused. After a year and a half of love, patience and commitment she is doing extremely well with me and others. I love to cook and from age twelve I could cook a complete meal. I can make anything from scratch. Whether by recipe or whatever is in the refrigerator. While I can bake, I know I’m an average baker but when it comes to cooking, I am well above average. If I cook for someone its rare they do not ask me how I cooked it or complement it in some way. I make my own ice creams, puddings and other non-baked desserts. I make my own liquors as well. While I do enjoy a glass of wine or a liquor now and again, I never overindulge. One of the things I love to do is write. I am working on a writing project now and really enjoying every aspect surrounding the project. I am a coffee snob. Yes, instant coffee is blasphemy, store bought brands are a sin. LOL. A single variety whole been coffee and using a Burr Grinder right before making my coffee is the only way to go. I am very tech savvy. I have an assortment of voice control technology in my home for lights, temperature control, and security just to name a few. I use a Google phone number for my home phone number which connects to my home phone systems via WIFI. I like my Xbox and it was a must have for the latest Series X that I got before Christmas. I am not compulsive about my video game playing but do like to play. I love the Arts, going to live plays, symphonies and concerts. I enjoy going out to eat or taking a walk in the park. I am up for just about anything if it does not go against my beliefs and willing to try just about anything. With some restrictions, such as I do not want or see the need to purposely jump out a perfectly good plane with a parachute on my back. Now if that plane is going down, I'll be right behind you.
