Now then...
Hello and welcome to my profile, where I try to list as much about myself as possible, in a funny and engaging, way to catch your attention! Fun!
I believe in traditional values, and I want to be a stay at home wife and mother more than anything. Cooking for the family, cleaning the house, diaper changing, teaching the kids, all of it! I want that more than anything else.
I do have a degenerative spine. That just means my bones and discs fall apart more easily than most. So far I have had 5 surgeries, including two fusions and a spinal cord stimulator. I have a lot of nerve damage that keeps me seated for most of the day and on pain medicine 24/7, managed by a pain clinic. No rollercoasters or hiking for this girl!
This has made dating more difficult (also, uh, life). Prince Charming magically appearing is far less romantic when you're bumming around the house in pajamas.
My job is mostly paperwork I do at home, pajamas are acceptable, but I also gather eggs at the family farm of a night. Sans pajamas, unfortunately. Work boots and overalls are a must.
Since I mentioned my family, I'll say they are a huge part of my life. We all love and support each other daily. We talk constantly. I adore my nieces and nephews. And I work with my dad on the farm every night. Sometimes I want to smack him, but otherwise, love the old feller. I can't imagine being without them, so relocating would be difficult. You would really have to win me over.
Plus there's my church family. I was raised church of Christ. My dad is a preacher, and I attend the congregation he preaches. There's nothing like worshipping God with your family. My brother and his family also go to the same place, but other people I care about, too. It's a special congregation filled with love and truth.
Going in a different direction, I am a terrible housekeeper! It's not that I don't like having a clean, organized place. Pain keeps me from doing many of the things that seem normal to most. Sweeping, vacuuming, and hand washing dishes being the absolute WORST. So if you like to do those things, you would be my hero! Especially since I have a menagerie: 4 dogs and 1 cat. They keep me busy, they make me laugh every day, but boy can they make cleaning a pain! It's something I'm working on improving, because I really want to have a house full of kids, more than animals.
Truly, I live a rich, fulfilled life. I have a wonderful family, a wonderful church family, and some goofy pets. There's just somethings I have to work around here and there. And most importantly, I would love to have someone to share my life with. Someone who can bring their family into my life and vice versa, and give me a gaggle of girls and boys. And we can walk through this crazy world together...and sometimes we'll sit so I can rest poor back and legs!
