Words are important, make us human in a social context. Listening is no less important. The Word and the Language are the only things we have; it is sacred to me. To express and formulate. I'm probably intellectual and educated, but I really enjoy the simple. I matured late, but now I'm there. At the same time that a teenager is stubborn, there is something inherent behind wrinkles and grays. And unfortunately also the anxious, insecure boy who constantly asks himself: Am I good enough?
Over the years I have worked as a parish director and in recent years as a high school teacher and at Komvux/SFI - studies for grown ups, coming from a lot of countries. The students usually like me and it makes sense then, really. But I haven't preached in a long time. I hope that one day I dare again.
Now I'm not as fast and efficient anymore, but still pretty smart. I think I've managed to make a lot of people happy over the years, mostly by just being me.
This is what I am looking for
A person who longs. Preferably both after God, after Jesus and after me. Preferably a woman with the immigrant's perspective.
It's an advantage if you put up with me, if you put up with me. I need a person who tells me that I'm good enough, who likes me for who I am and finds points in the things that others are annoyed by. A woman who loves me - a little too much, more than I deserve. And who manages to make me madly in love, and gets me back on my feet. Recapturing a happy physique is a silent prayer.
