I grew up in a IFB church which was very traditional, but now attend a non-denominational Baptist church. So we sing some of the old hymns, but a lot of newer stuff as well. The preaching is solid and straight from scripture. We meet on golf rd in Pewaukee, so feel free to message me for the correct service time, and come check us out sometime.
As for activities and hobbies I enjoy, I started playing volleyball this year. Our pastor of Community Connections started an outreach club on meetup, and they do volleyball and other sports to build connections with community members. I'm getting better as time goes on. But I honestly do better at indoor than sand.
I also love to go bowling when I can, which isn't often, and my success is hit or miss lol. Sometimes I'm a pro and other times I'm terrible. But either way I have fun because I'm with friends.
More than those, my go to this summer was hiking. I went every Sunday I could either between church and small group, or on the Sundays we didn't have group, and I even tried to fit it in during the week when I could.
- First Date
- Honestly, I'm for building friendships first and seeing where things go. I want to be certain that the person I marry is the right one. For first date, I'd probably invite you along to an activity that myself and some friends at church are doing, just to make it completely informally, and non-stressful.
Once we decide to actually date, I'm pretty much open for anything. I'd go for bowling, hiking, eating at a nice restaurant, a movie and then ice cream(we have an awesome old time ice cream shop in Hartford that's amazing lol) etc.
If you're into video gaming at all, I wouldn't mind challenging you to races on mariokart, or fights on Super Smash bros.
So that's me in a nutshell. I tried not to ramble too much lol.
