- I am a short Puerto Rican who cannot speak or understand Spanish, as I was never taught it back in New York City. I mostly speak English, but my past has been harsh and crushing. My family abandoned me in Florida and I am currently homeless in downtown Lakeland. I am trying to get the help I need in order to better myself, and I am living for Jesus Christ. I am mostly quiet and socially awkward, and I am an introvert. My mother isolated me in the house for the past 24 year's of my life and I was never taught to be independent, so many things that are normal for people would be mostly new to me. Despite this, God has been a good Father to me and has been supporting me, and I am mostly temporarily working in a homeless shelter. I long for a Godly woman in my life, but my dark loneliness persists. I'm just different and definitely not a normal person.
