- My background is Italian , and I was born and raised in Brazil. I moved to States many years ago. I like to travel and at least once a year I go to Brasil. I love to study Functional Nutrition and i do apply it to the recipes and food at home. It is incredible what a combinatiion of organic food, supplements , resting sleep, exercising , relaxation , interacting in a healthy way with people and with animals, plus laughs, hugs , faith , gratitude and motivational words to others and to yourself can transform our quality of life.
