Hi! My number one thing lately is devotional nonduality. I love any excuse to sing devotional songs and pray and cry. I've been a captive of depression for a long time off and on and now I'm finally seeming to be free of it. I do general construction and listen to podcasts about cool stuff. I volunteer on the weekends at an awesome Christian-based recovery group and do 12 step for co-dependency. I also volunteer at a food kitchen for the homeless (I was homeless and depressed 2 years and LOVE cooking and
and serving with FoodNotBombs).
I'm really into holistic medicine and recovery in general (I may explore getting an ayurvedic license/degree in the future), and anything to do with the human condition, how and why we suffer and how to reduce it.
I got back into Jesus through Zen (and Hinduism) and really see them as going hand in hand and so I'm really looking for someone whose spiritual life is alive and well and number 1 in their life. It seems to me that the most important ingredient for a healthy relationship is proper alignment (devotion to God/Truth).
I love talking (I can do that a lot), and I love doing!

- I would love a walk in a park, or a chat in a coffee shop. We could discuss a good spiritual book, favorite teachers/teachings, how we've been spending our time and how we plan to.
I'm really in a growth phase right now with a good amount of energy, so I'd love to DO stuff and then relax after and hang out.
Following dates could involve hiking, climbing, yoga-ing, cooking a nice lunch, having tea and singing, watching some Eckhart Tolle or Adyashanti or Mooji (etc) and discussing that. Open to ideas!
