Pretty new to all of this.
Let's see, about me: I'm a fun, but a little rough around the edges, Hispanic woman who is well educated and I own my own home. I live comfortably with my three best friends, did I mention that they are all cats? I also have a few tank friends including a fish tank and 2 leopard geckos. I recently adopted a pair of axolotls, a snake and a blue-tounge skink. I spend most of my time knitting. I am a gamer (World of Warcraft veteran), love anime (I know Dragon Ball from beginning through Super), and I love attending concerts. I unapologetically have multiple visible tattoos and small facial piercings. I bought myself a guitar after the end of my marriage and music has definitely played a huge role in my healing.
Accepting Christ and daily bible readings have substantially improved my life. I have accepted Jesus Christ as my LORD and Savior. Above all else, that relationship comes first in my life.
I'm what they describe as the academic type, although I try to be humble about it. I am attracted to knowledge. Im very ambitious and I have a great career with lots of upward mobility. In addition to my current degrees, I am seeking to grow my knowledge and I begin my doctoral program in Christian Leadership this fall. I am forming a women's knitting bible study group where I will lead both knitting and biblical topics while discussing contemporary issues that women face in today's fast-paced world. My preference will be to donate knitted items to our street ministers to help the needy stay warm. Politically, I refer to myself as a right-leaning libertarian.
Not looking for marriage or dating at the moment, but open to whatever God sends my way. My preferences go to musicians and educated professionals. I am open to meeting new friends and having casual conversations, maybe even meeting up for coffee in the metro area.
I am a strong, God-fearing woman, a professional and a leader. Ideally, my match would be someone who is driven and who would want to combine our skills and knowledge to become a power couple to help lead those lost back to Christ.
