- I am looking to meet a new friend who loves the Lord with marriage as a possibility. Jesus is my center for everything. The more I know Him, the more I know how to love others. I would like to have a special someone in my life that makes me smile. There's so much more in the power of two - scriptures says "where two or more are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst". But God has me in a good place. I am comfortable living in my own skin, thankful, blessed and patient. I was raised in church and strayed from God in my twenties but holding my first new born child crystalized my direction and purpose. This was my turning point straight back to God and with a passion to know Him like I'd never desired before.. People who know me say I am definitely an extravert and an optimist. I believe it's important to recognize how we are being influenced each day. Scripture says to take captive our thoughts. I try to keep my cup full so I am a churchgoer and I listen daily to Richard Ellis. I feel God the most when I look up at the stars and see His magnificent handiwork. And with age I find myself longing for more alone time with God to know Him more. The great outdoors of Tennessee, tall trees and rolling hills were my childhood days but I love the bright warm rays of Texas sunshine even more! I enjoy dancing and skating to Christian music. And I love to make my friends laugh and feel good about themselves. When conversing with a friend, I'm known to say, one cannot over communicate so please don't be shy about clarifying until you feel completely understood. I'm not easily offended. I like hanging out with a child, having an a-ha moment with a teenager, sharing a bench while watching the sunrise or walking in the rain under the same umbrella - spontaneity, simple and intimate moments with someone special. It makes me happy playing a part in networking others, assisting in volunteer projects and joining a life group. I am blessed to be petite and I like my feminine side but my friends joke about my healthy eating habits. I hope you'll connect if you enjoy a God discussions.
