I'm from down on the bayou of N'awlins. I'm a Southern gentleman, properly equipped with all the same charm and manners. I've been a Christian since I was a kid and I live for God. I am a writer and just finished writing two books on Genesis and Exodus. I'm also involved in my own homeless ministry.
I'm a hopeless romantic who loves slow dancing in the kitchen while I make the world's best grilled cheese sandwich. The Holy Spirit has blessed me with the ability to cook food that tastes so good that you'll want to pitch a tent in my kitchen and never leave.

I don't believe in astrology, but I always jokingly tell everyone I'm a Cancer, sign of the Crab... which is why I'm still single, because nobody wants cancer or crabs.
I'm a widower who finally decided to try again because the ladies at church who act like my mom won't stop annoying me about "getting back out there".
Go easy on me. I haven't asked a woman out in 20 years and haven't dated at all since my wife passed. I'm pretty sure I'll be nervous and say something stupid. But then, once you get to know me, you'll see that everything I say is pretty stupid, too. lol
- First Date
- I'm dating with intent to be married again one day, but I think all people should treat dating like a business. A person's profile is like their resume, and the first encounter is like a fun interview, meeting up for coffee or something basic so that nobody feels awkward and there's no pressure. If it goes well, I bring everything to "upper management" for feedback, then once my manager (my main man, JC) gives me the thumbs up, I quickly schedule the first 'real' date, probably dinner.
