I spent the last 2 yrs helping my wife of 32 years in her battle with cancer. I shed enough tears to fill a bath and then some as I watched her struggle but she is now at peace with the Lord and I must turn that page of my life and start writing the next chapter. I'm looking for a lady who can find a place for me in her heart and who wants to grab a big chunk of mine. I have two children and 3 grandchildren. I had to retire early from teaching due to a complete breakdown, but that was 25years back and I'm fully recovered now. It meant I became a childminder for the older grandchildren and I really loved it.
I am fully housetrained so I don't need a lady to cook my dinners or mend my socks, but of course if you would like to!!! I am pretty laid back about most things, my default position is to help people rather than receive help from them. I am Churchwarden and treasurer. If its important I am a member of the Labour party and voted remain.
