I was born and raised in The Windy City, Chicago. I love the food scene in Chicago. Moved to the island of Guam in 2004 and lived there for 17 years. I missed the states and colder weather (can you believe that), so I moved to Pensacola in 2021. I am a born again Christian, since age 13. I love God and try to live by The Golden Rule to love others as myself. Although fundamental Baptist in beliefs, I am not religious. I enjoy binge watching Netflix and Hollywood movies of all genres, especially horror and science fiction. The Thing (1982) is my favorite movie. I enjoy Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and the holidays. I love older country music and southern Gospel, but enjoy most types of music, especially 1970's stuff. I am a responsible man. I am financially stable, not in debt. I am not into new cars, expensive vacations, et cetera. I drive a used car and prefer it that way. I enjoy dining out, trying new things and visiting new places. I am mostly a homebody, so I enjoy just staying home nearly all the time. That makes going out much more enjoyable when I do. I like to go out to eat at least once a week, when I find a gal. I am not into travel but would enjoy it if you do. I don't like arguing. Communication is important in any relationship. I am a private person and reclusive mostly, so I prefer that dark corner in the restaurant with my gal. I'm not much for group activities, but I can enjoy them if we do. I love a submissive gal. I like to lead by Christlike example, not pressure. I'm not looking for a perfect woman, just someone honest and down to earth. I don't like makeup. I like simple things. I don't like greedy people, thieves or liars. The world is wacky today, I'm a nice guy hoping to find a good-hearted woman. Please don't be hurt or offended if I don't respond. I am careful and selective these days (and I'm sure you are as well). The last woman who contacted me was living in a halfway house, right out of prison. I'm not putting her down or anything, but that is not what I am looking for. I say that kindly. Two people need to like each other for a relationship to work. and good humor, but am not a jokester. I make it a habit to smile at people in public, not walk around looking miserable as a child of God. I love kissing and cuddling while watching a good movie and just being together. I enjoy ordering pizza, Chinese takeout and Home Run Inn pizzas.

- Perhaps going to see a movie first (if she'd like that). I definitely think a nice meal afterwards would be fitting at a nice restaurant (Joe Patty's, Ruby Tuesday's, Outback, Mr. Crabs, McGuire's, Red Robin, et cetera). I believe the man should pay for the meal. I am old fashioned and practice chivalry. I would keep the conversation general and not ask too many questions. I think a first date is to see if we both share any chemistry, and to meet for the first time. No obligations for a second date. I think if we like each other things will naturally fall into place.
