I am a single, widow of almost 52 years old, I am Puerto Rican, Irish, and Cro (yeah Hispanic and Irish but no I am not a drunk with a 🔪lol. I was born and raised in Youngstown Ohio (yeah I know what they say,,,not always true) I have a strange sense of humor but so does the rest of the Addams ( family nickname, scare you yet? Lol. I have 2 grown beautiful daughters and 5 gorgeous grandchildren yeah I am that crazy grandma. I am working on getting some surgeries done so I can finish my bachelor's degree in Psychology. Ya but I figure better a little late than never sshhh don't say it I know it's more than just a little late! I still would like to start a nonprofit Christian org. for children and their families when the parents are either in prison, jails or rehabs due to an addiction. Because I have a spot in my heart for these people, they have feelings and souls too. And I come from a long line of some type of addiction. These children I sometimes work with have their disability due to one or both of their parents being hooked on something, did these children ask to be born, did their parents when they were but small children say " Someday I wanna grow up to be just like that guy while pointing at his father the alcoholic or her mother the addict? No I bet not as a matter of fact I am pretty darn sure they didn't but yet both are judged. Either the child because of a behavioral, physical, emotional, and or all three. Then there's the parents who are looked down upon, shamed,and judged, I won't say or because face it we all know what we have thought when we ran across a parent or parents who just no matter how much they love their children couldn't quit, I know because I am ashamed to say I have been that judge and finger pointing uneducated on the matter or in The Word.
So that gets me to the what I like and don't like part of this huh...mmm 🤔 well it's easy to say although I am far from perfect I would say I am a work in progress and I do stand on my beliefs that everything the Bible says we are supposed to believe and do our best to uphold and although again I have been guilty of judging and I hate it in myself more than those who don't know the Lord. So I don't like passing judgement, back bitters, cheats, and thieves, wait I didn't say I don't love them I said I don't like when people make someone else feel shame, emotional and mental pain, oh yeah and physical pain. Have I ever felt them things of course, have I ever made someone feel them, of course, I do bleed and breathe, oh and I have made some feel physical pain so walk softly.😂🤣 Just joking, I haven't sunk to petty threats,,,,yet! I like a person, a man, 😜 who is considerate, kind, forgiving, understanding and tries to lend a hand when able to those that need help. I love a family guy not THE FAMILY GUY different things lol. I like a man that isn't afraid to show his feelings rather he think it's too soon or what, I like a man that's not afraid to be silly, and one who expects the same things I expect from him. One who listens, who can be romantic 😉 cry, sing even of off key, or sing and dance with me in the rain rather real rain or dance silly for me if I am being rained down on by hurt or problems and he doesn't care how he looks he just does it to try and cheer me or someone else up because he cares. Do I care yeah but I won't dance silly for you in the rain so don't ask lol yeah I probably would. I want someone that makes me feel comfortable in my skin when I don't as I would hope to do for him. If you can understand what I mean? Glad you do because sometimes I know what I am trying to say but it just doesn't come out right. - What would I do on a first date lol this is the hard part because most guys always had it planned before he ever got to the phone to ask me out. But I like to sit outside on a warm starry night with a blanket and a candle just listening to the crickets and listening to the waves or in Ohio the ripple of a lake, pond, in Youngstown maybe the mud hole nahhh, and music that we both take turns playing songs we like for one another. Maybe some slow dancing enjoying the excitement of getting to know the person because you are thinking you may really be able to like this one. I don't expect for some man to come along and sweep me off of my feet and onto a horse and gallop or plane and fly off to the Bahamas or Italy although it's nice I am sure but this life has been no fairy tale so I don't expect it to ever be well until we are happy ever after.... 😉 😉 Oh and I seen how it wouldn't let me look at profiles if I smoke but I don't smoke, I am quitting I used to smoke a lot like 2 packs a day but I am down to like 5 but I vape it s no smell of smoke maybe fruity, no second hand smoke these are like free of nicotine ones.
