- I used to be a Muslim, and I was following the wrong path, which led me down a bad path of making many sins since I didn't have the guidance of Christ .After leaving islam and failing many times, I found myself in a deep state of depression . I was lost and confused, but Jesus didn't give up on me , I deleted all of my social media since social media is being used to condition us and make us depressed . After deleting all of my social media, I decided to make a change for myself, I started learning kungfu at my local dojo where my master Lau has been teaching me how to channel my energy and find peace within myself. Shaolin Kungfu has been a blessing in my life and has helped me to develop discipline and strength combined with meditation. I've made lots of progress with myself. I decided to quit Western food, no sugar or processed food, and I've been learning from my master traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese cuisine, which has helped me to stay healthy physically and spiritually. Would you like to try my Maos braised pork ? or my homemade shrimp and cabbage dumplings ? 😋 I don't use social media anymore, only what's app, and I'm very reserved about giving out my number to anyone I just met, unlike before .
