Dear future husband,
Marriage is not a fairy tale. It is not a Disney ending. The purpose of marriage is "NOT" to make you happy because happiness is something that we have to learn and cultivate on the inside. It comes from us. We can't rely on anyone else to make you happy. But the purpose of marriage is to make each other "BETTER". Every single day. Every single day to teach and we will be the greatest teachers.
We gonna sharpen each other. Like Iron sharpen irons.We gonna sharpen each other intentionally.We will speak about life and encouragement over each other. Have each other's back when it feels like it's just the two of us against the world.
We will exchange our rings one day and as we put that together in my hands how beautiful and perfect it is to our fingers. and here's the food for that thought. Like the rings they are perfect circle with no beginning and no end.
My prayer for my future husband is to let our promises bring an impact to each other and let us make a legacy for our future children because we are their first teachers in their life. Let us have a strong and healthy marriage as it is one of the powerful forces in the universe.
