I enjoy eating, reading, listening to good music, eating, travelling, networking, learning about unique cultures, eating, catching a good movie at a theatre, going out for a walk, watching and attending cricket, basketball and football games and eating. Did I mention I love to eat? 🙈😁🤣
I have had a few romantic relationships in the past from which I've learnt invaluable lessons. As such, I am resolute to do things differently going forward and to approach dating with serious intentionality. That being said, I have made a commitment not to engage in sexual intercourse until marriage. It would be remiss of me to conclude without emphatically stating that my relationship with GOD through faith in Jesus Christ as my LORD and Saviour is what governs the life I lead and how I treat and interact with others. While there are aspects of my life I don’t quite understand, like, why I'm still single at the ripe age of 38😏🤔😒, I oftentimes find comfort in two main scriptures: “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him and He will direct your path” – Proverbs 3:5-6 and "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love GOD, to them who are called according to His purpose" - Romans 8:28. 🙂🙂 So, during this time of singleness, instead of feeling sorry for myself or asking GOD to speed things along so I can be married soon (something I was once guilty of), I am prayerfully asking GOD to prepare me now to be a godly and submissive wife and mother someday.
