Discipline and being disciplined in my own life

Trying to build connections, I'm more introverted than extroverted so it is harder for me, but I try. I do believe in quantity over quality, though.
Exercise - I try to go to the gym at least 3 times a week, I practice kendo 3 times a week, and I attempt to do lighter exercise such as either walking or going on a 20 minute run in the mornings two times a week

People that are undisciplined in life, I truly believe with enough discipline and by relying on God you can do almost all that you want to do in a day, it's just about time management and a key part of that to me is discipline.
Dishonesty, if you don't like something please just be straightforward and honest about it, no Asian politeness or beating around the bush. If you like something, say it. If you don't like something, also say it.
Laziness, probably projection, I used to be really lazy as a child, and I can't stand seeing that in others, especially if they're very talented at certain activities, but squander it and only rely on their natural talent(s) to get them through it, rather than hone and perfect their talent(s)
Qualities I'm looking for
- Someone who's open and honest in their communication
- Someone who prioritizes their Faith as well, and would understand that while being in a relationship it would be God at the centre of it all
- Someone who can appreciate my puns and lame jokes and though they may be cringe, laugh
- Someone who's easy to talk to and truthful from the beginning with their intent
- Someone who's hardworking and ambitious in their career, that's just really attractive.
Personally, I am looking to date with intention and hopefully that will mean dating someone that could lead to marriage, I understand that will take time but will prefer to get a feel of each other's personality before committing to anything too, too serious.

- For our first date let's keep it casual and try to get to know one another.
I'm pretty easygoing with what to do, but personally I found meeting someone on a weekend and getting a casual lunch or dinner to talk and get to know each other really does help for two individuals meeting up to get a feel of one another. Beyond that, I am open for an even more casual date of meeting up for a coffee or tea, or bubble tea and just chatting while either sitting at the coffee shop, or walking.
Once we get to know each other more the dates can and will be more elaborate.
