Some things about me:
* I am a qualified Laughter Therapist – or Laughter 'Yoga' Leader
* My profession is graphic design, but my income comes primarily from gardening – I know, that is what I am thinking!
* I know what it is like to be fully trained as an amateur boxer and spent years sparring at different clubs – messed me up eventually
* Something called Sahaja Yoga meditation helped me to give up alcohol and introduced me to the world of healing. I believe I experienced the holy spirit there and moved away from the 'fixation' of being a fighter.
*Began reading the Bible in 2013 after feeling like techniques alone – such as meditation/hypnotherapy/EFT – still end up with problems. These techniques do not focus on studying the Bible but make you believe you do not need it!
