Hmmm...well, I'm not a girly girl, polished and glittered but I do appreciate beautiful things and lovely scents and smells... and definitely a sucker for a great cologne. It's not that I'm a ragga muffin or anything, I am fairly trendy and can dress for the occasion but my preference is, out in my yard. I am a task oriented person at a leisure pace, I love making things look a little better, a little brighter and a bit more comfy in my home in particular.
The most important quality for me is peace, peace of mind and a peaceful home...not in a new age way, just the way God spoke about in the Bible.
I do love the Lord and the word of God and believe I am precious to Him...this is super humbling to think on this and most of the time I forget and find myself in need of His reminders, always.
The journey of my life thus far, with Jesus has been amazing...and what I mean is, only when I look back on my life, I can see His faithful hand over me among all my tripping, falling and failing.
It amazes me what faithfulness, grace and mercy looks like and how I desire, as I grow and mature, to model how Jesus lived his life with his friends, family and enemies.
I like eating & sharing food, any food...I love it. I can only say what I don't like, olives. I do like cooking and baking and appreciate more, someone else who does too!
I really like watching sports, any live sport is great. I don't play sports but I'm game to watch, unless its Corn Hole or something lol
Not that I watch sports, I don't watch much TV or social media stuff but if something arises, I'm game. I've been to a few Blue Jays games and an NBA game and love the excitement.
I am a pretty easy going natured person and free to fly by the seat of my pants for an adventure. Unless it requires heights, I can't say I'm a fan of skydiving or ziplines.
I think the qualities I'm attracted to are: humility, reasoning, a level of intellect for good conversation, a strong work ethic but knows when to take rest, has a serving heart for people, a sense of humor, a planner (this not my strength) and a genuine willingness to be corrected. The last one, is one I need and appreciate from my dearest friends, who love me and are closest to me...and love and walk closely with the Lord.
I love my children to bits and I am so incredibly grateful to have relationship with both of them in their adult lives, I adore our time, when we get together. And the three of us love, love, love our dachshund, Lewis.
I can't say at this moment, I am ready for a marriage minded relationship. But I like the idea of friendship first and wait n see.
