- I'm a widower (as of Sept 12, 2017). I've recovered, and am ready to date again. I married my best friend. So I'd like to have a friendship that could lead to getting married again. Tho if God's straight path for me is being single the rest of my life, I'm OK with that too. Prov 3:5,6. I try to stay in shape: "I buffet my body and make it my slave". Being a Christian, this body is home of the Holy Spirit, and also the home of the sin nature (Romans 8, Galatians 5). And the two are in conflict, and I have to choose between them daily. That is, God doesn't let me just be a neutral third party. My late wife and I had over 14 years together, and I so know what it is like to love and be loved by a good Christian lady. Being married to her was the 2nd best thing I've ever done (after accepting Jesus Christ, of course). And, God willing, I'd like to have that again. And I also need help with my teenage twin boys who think the world revolves around their Sony PS4 or the Microsoft XBox360. In other words, femininity is not just lacking in our home, it's non-existent. The walls of the house are just dripping testosterone. I don't necessarily need a stay-at-home mom, because they are teenagers now, and are fairly independent...they cooked dinner the other night.

- I'd like to be in a exclusive committed dating relationship again with a dedicated Christian lady, but I'd like to first just socialize as "friends first", as the saying goes, and see where things go and how God leads us. And if we don't get to dating, then at least I've made a friend. And if we get to dating, I'd like to take her to dinner and dancing at least once a week, and then walk her to her front door to say good night.
