2Sparrows started this game, and I'm bringing it back.

You find a Bible verse that contains (somewhere in it) the last word of the verse before yours.

I'll start: And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28

Now, the next person to post finds a verse and that has "purpose" somewhere in it.

If he called them 'gods', to whom the word of God came - and the Scripture cannot be broken - what about the one whom the Fatehr set apart as his very own and sent into the world? John 10:35-36
