When I initially came to this site I was only looking for a possible partnership with someone in my area. Maybe I shouldn't limit myself. Without trust, it's hardly to maintain. But don't trust blindly. I was on online dating once not long ago and ended within 3 weeks because this guy has cheated me for everything he has said over the phone. I once was so grateful thought that God has finally answered my prayer but at last it pull my feeling from heaven to the ground. So...there's a risk on online dating. But still I believed God will save me from the risk after many times. For girls...just be extra caution. Post Reply

It will work out if both of u are honest and loyal with each other. I have lots of friends who have this kind of relationship and most of them end up in marriage. I know God has a plan for each and everyone of us. Just dont limit ur self for theres a lot of opportunities out there. Post Reply

That doesn't say that all long distance relationships won't work. The distance normally �kills� the relationship. People who choose to do the long distance relationship thing need to set a reasonable time frame in which they can actually meet each other in person. Moreover, you have to make realistic decisions on where you want the relationship to be going. Post Reply
View Profile History	Long distance relationships Posted : 20 Aug, 2011 09:59 PM My brother met a girl online he was in cali and she was in florida... he too was looking for a local girl when he decided to not limit Gods blessing for a wife (He who has a wife obtains favor from the Lord, He who desires a wife desires a good thing), no matter if she is from Asia and he from here, He knew that a wife is not like finding a new car, he can return it if he wanted too... a wife will be his lover, his best friend, the mother of his children, his helpmeet, his life, the one he will protect and cherish... His one. So he thought "why limit love when God is limitless?" So he looked and looked and lo and behold, he read his wifes profile which shocked him so much that women like her do exist... and he messaged her, they began messaging, then camming then talking on the phone... then 4 months of that he went to visit her... he went to her home, her father opened the door and had a nice chat with him, then he met her. It was love. after about 2 more months he visited her again but wit h a ring and they were engaged :) then 4 months later married. they are now married 9 years this november with a beautiful 1 year ol dbaby girl and a son due this october... I also am in a relatsionhip with a wonderful man from WA state (i'm in san diego, CA) cos I too have just allowed the lord to first lead me on a dating site, and allow this man to find me, and be in a relationship long distance... i don't loathe this distance in fact i embrace it... for oh the anticipation of being together is beautiful though hard... then when we come together, a breath of fresh air! So don't preconceive if something is good or not... let go and let God... you won't regret it. whether it be short or long distance... love is love. don't underestimate it :) Mucho lilo love!
