Loving people is tough,

whether they be soft or rough.



Were called to love one another,

strangers considered sister and brother.



What is it that stands in the way?

Oh Lord show me I pray.



Is it in me?

Or is it the enemy?



It does not matter,

such a thought is to self flatter.



It is a thought of your mind,

It is no thought of mine.



You are thine,

They are mine.



I have called you too Love,

that is your calling from above.



Between you and them it is not,

Between you and I is my thought.
