The Holy Spirit Clearly Speaks...Posted : 4 Jan, 2012 10:14 AMThe Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron. They forbid people to marry and order them to abstain from certain foods, which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and who know the truth. For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, 5 because it is consecrated by the word of God and prayer. |

The Holy Spirit Clearly Speaks...Posted : 4 Jan, 2012 01:41 PMI agree sister. And with that being said, I must tell you that this tongues teaching is not of God. It is not found in Scripture anywhere and is not in any way connected to prayer of any sort no matter what man teaches. |

The Holy Spirit Clearly Speaks...Posted : 4 Jan, 2012 02:10 PMChristians today are driven by the same force that Acts describes "Ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you." Acts 1:8 |

The Holy Spirit Clearly Speaks...Posted : 4 Jan, 2012 09:08 PMIn the modern church settings i hardly see any of the such thing work unless it is with the occasional shout of an "amen" in churches today. |

The Holy Spirit Clearly Speaks...Posted : 5 Jan, 2012 07:39 AMagapeton, pj is right you are a perfect example of someone decieved, you must not know the lord very long! i am praying for you! I said before that it only takes repentence and faith to be saved, however repentence does not mean just saying lord forgive me, it implys a change of heart towards sin! You dont say one word abpout repentence when you are hollering about the fact that we can continue in sin! And you say we are the ones who have departedf rom the faith and follow demons, it is obviosly demonic to say that Jesus sufferd as he did and gave his life as he did for our SINS then say it was a free pas for us to live in sin! No he did that so we didnt have to lpay the price of the sins from before we got saved and when we wmess us we can still find grace but if your saved you dont want to keep sinning you hate sin! If you dont hate sin then your not saved agapeton! Ypiu have never stated you r position on this all you have said to me or this is how I took it, ids that Jesus paid the price so we could sin and live in it if we want to! and that we dont have to keep the ten commandmens , tell me can a christian then lie, comit adultry and fornicate and murder and worshp idols since you knw the ten commandmens are abolished~!!!! WOOOO HOOOO LES PARTY ORGY AT AGPETONS HOUSE!!:ROFL: |

The Holy Spirit Clearly Speaks...Posted : 5 Jan, 2012 08:28 AMElisha, I don't know where you are coming up with all of this or why for that matter but if Jesus died for us so thAt we now have direct access to our father through him and the belief of his atoning blood for remission of sin, then why would we need a special type of prayer language that we can't understand to communicate with God? |
