I have read quiet a few profiles on this site, and am intrigued that any person can call themself a 'Worship leader '.
I have been reading the Word for a few years now and have never read about any created person being called and empowered of the Holy Spirit to be a "worship leader'.
Please, if anyone has a scripture in the New Covenant about a created being leading others to Worship Messiah, I would take the correction.

Romans 10:14,15: How can they believe in the One of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone **PREACHING** to them?? And how can anyone **PREACH** unless they are sent? {By Jesus} As it is written: "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!"
I Timothy 4:13,14: Devote yourselves to the public reading of Scripture, to **PREACHING** and to teaching. Do not neglect your **GIFT**

He must manage his own family well and see that his children obey him, and he must do so in a manner worthy of full respect. If anyone does not know how to manage his own family, how can he care for God's church? He must not be a recent convert, or he may become conceited and fall under the same judgment of the Devil. He must also have a good reputation with outsiders, so that he will not fall into disgrace and into the Devil's trap!
I Corinthians 3:5-9: The Lord has assigned to each his task. I planted the seed. Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow. So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be **REWARDED** according to their own labor. For we are **CO-WORKERS** in God's service; you are God's field, God's building!!

Would you say that: PREACERS/PASTORS/SHEPHERDS/OVERSEERS are Worship Leaders. I just quoted the Words of God on this subject. Apparently you are not interested what the Word of God has to say on this subject!!
Richard, the Holy Spirit is the one who empowers believers to worship Messiah and,do not need anyone to LEAD them to worship Messiah. You need your other eye to be opened.

Please check your concordance for WORSHIP LEADER, there is not one mentioned in the entire New Covenant, WHY because it is made up by the Devil, to deceive the sheeple.
