The perfect plan of God is for man to hear the word of God as a sinner or one that is called lost, then man will have a ear to hear or he will not hear it is his choice, and then he will either believe with the heart, or choose not to believe, and then the confession of his mouth is his mixing of faith with the word of God.
Acting on these verses will save you: Romans 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
12 � For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?
17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
These verses are Seed, They are Faith, They are Spirit, they are Light, They are Incorruptible!!1
You mix faith with these verses and say it with your mouth it will return to the father and then unto you producing the very truths proclaimed here. You are then saved, born again by the word of God, and then the Holy Spirit will do his part and bring the word of God into manifestation.
so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater,
11 so is my word that goes out from my mouth:
It will not return to me empty,
but will accomplish what I desire
and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
What God sets out to do... GOD ACCOMPLISHES it!
Nothing and NO ONE can Stand in Gid's Way!
Yet...as Powerful as God is...God is also That LOVING of a God.
God does Everything Imaginable to Open our eyes...to clear our ears...to bring us to HIM.
He Sacrificed His ONLY SON for us!
This is the works of a LOVING GOD...not a DICTATOR!
God will Trip us up and make us stumble so that we may SEE the Sign He Placed for us on the ground. God Will Knock us off our "High Horse"...to get our Attention.
But God Will NEVER FORCE us to LOVE HIM! That would be a Tasteless Love to Him.
No...God KNOWS that His WORD is Sufficient...God Knows that His Children will Respond to the Sound of His VOICE! God Knows that we will Obey and show Him our Love Once we Hear His Word and AWAKE from the Trance...from the Spell...induced by Sin and the evil one.
