I have noticed on this forum much writing concerning the Holy Spirit,such as Gifts,Discernment,Salvation,and a host of other topics.
As the Holy Spirit will EMPOWER this man,over a few weeks i will be writing about the Holy Spirit,His Charisma/ Grace /Gifts.
This also includes His Work in Revealing who Yeshua is,and what He is like.
For let us heed the Word of Yeshua concerning the Holy SPirit.
For some are Chasing after the Holy,making the Holy Spirit the object of the conversations.
Yet the Holy SPirit NEVER brings attention to Himself.
Rolling on the floor
Being stuck to the floor
Holy laughter
Laughing UNCONTROLLABLY for long periods of time
GOOSE bumps as a sign of the presence of the Holy SPirit
And many other UNBIBLICAL things which some say is the Holy Spirit.

@shalome, I am not juging george. I was only going by the things he himself has said! He has spoken out many many times and said things that are against the scriptures! He believes he has some dort of revelation from God tht we dont have! and besides that he makes snide very mean comments! and has even gone as far as to blatently make fun of me! I am sorry but I have seen no fruit demonstrated from his posts especialy the mean things he has said to me personly being a smarty pants about the fact that I cant spell which isnt something I am gonna go back into but lets just say he has demontrated to us all that he isnt spirit filled! simple as that!
The word is clear about fruit and knowing a tree by the fruit it bears! You just wait! he wil show his true colors to you eventualy! Then you will see!

I dont know why you included my post in your rehasing all I said is you dont and wont understand until you get filled! Until then it will seem like nonsence! that garbage about us having our hearts hardend , what about all your snide comments about,, "oh elisha love what you have done with your hair"?? and what about saying you knew I didnt wright an article cause it was all spelled right? that really hurt my feelings and I dont think someone spirit filled would have said sucha thing! you know a tree by the fruit it bears and strife my dearest george is a work of the flesh not a fruit of the spirit!
So let me just say that you might fool my sister for alittle while cause she hasnt seen you in action yet, ut either way I am sure she will start praying for you just like I do soon as she sees the nasty things you say! It isnt meant in sucha way to hurt someone or get back at them
the hot coals heaped on the head of your enemy are not to burn them, but rather the coals are a gift to help them start a fire of their own! Thats a fact jack!
So when I say i am praying for you , I dont want the Lord to heap hot coals on your head but not to burn you but rather that you would have your own fire! And thats what it really means in that scripture too! Thats how people helped eachother back then someone would heap hot coals on the other persons head and they could take it to their house and build their own fire! It was a gift not revenge!
I'm all for inspecting the fruit, I just don't think anyone can say whether some one else has Holy Spirit or not. We can strive for spiritual perfection but all fall short of the glory of G-d, otherwise why would we need a Savior?
I appreciate everyone's contributions to this forum and because we are all different and unique is what makes keeps it interesting.
OK I may have himmixed up with AWM! But I dont know this the Babtisim of the holy spirit always come with a prayer language and unless I have george mixed up with someone else he has said he doesnt believe in the prayer language1
This is the evidence of they babtsism and he has said he doesnt (I am pretty sure) nor does he believ in it!
there is a small possibilty that I am mixing himup with someone else however I kindly doubt it!
I would never assume someone doesnt have the holy spirit, however theor are things a person can state about theirself and beliefs that can convince me they dont have Him!
And thats where Iam at George has said things and I dont recall eactly what he said and when but he has said things that proved to me he wasnt by his own doctrines and beliefs that dont go along with what scripture says about being FILLED not indwelt but FILLED with the Holy Spirit and one of them is tha prayer language which is the outward evudence
I once thought this way as well. I have gone to pentecostal and full gospel churches. I got quite mixed up when involved with false prophecy and the speaking in tongues. I'm not at all saying it is not a gift of Holy Spirit, but these gifts have been misused by many. I still don't understand why someone would want to speak in a tongue and not understand what they are saying. Myself, I have done it and still can, but am uncomfortable not knowing what I am saying. How do u know if your not cursing G-d vs. praising or praying to him?
In the book of Acts the Holy Spirit was poured out at pentecost to give those believers the ability to speak in another language to proclaim the gospel to others that was the purpose. There is too much room for demonic spirit to enter in when this gifting is not used properly.
Just sharing my experience and opinion not judging the gift or anyone else.
@shaloam it is the spirt the Holy Spirit that gives utterance so it would not be cursing God! This prayer language is not even mentionded in the book of acts rather in corinthians maybe romans also called the tounges of angels!
The scripture says something and maybe not exactly but close I dont have time to look up exactly but..
we know not what we should pray as we ought the spirit itself makes innersesion with groanings ....
un either that verse or another one says that when we speak in toungs we speak to God the spirit is speaking mysterys , thats a prayer language and the reason for it is in strengthens us, we are mere humans nothing but dust , we dont know what we should pray or even which way we should pray about a matter but the spirit knows so the things that are mysteries to us are not mysteries to the Holy Spirt (he is God) so he prays for us and that my dear is why we need to pray in a prayer language!
also could you get down on your knees and pray for an hour or two in english or whatever earthly language? I doubt you could think of enough things to say to fill that kind of time, but in a prayer labguage you can pray for hours all the while communing with God, if you have a prayer language I suggest you use it, it will strengthen you to pray that way and enable you to pray muvh longer and spend lots of time with the Lord , after about an hour or 2 or I have prayed for over 3 hours before you will be renewd and refreshed you have the strenght to resist satan and live in the dark world another day! It is imporatnet very very important and it is the evidence of being filled
Romans 12:20 "But if your enemy is hungry, feed him, and if he is thirsty, give him a drink, for in doing so you will heap burning coals upon his head."
A person walking through town with burning coals on their head comes from an ancient Egyptian custom of carrying a pan of burning coals on their head signifying their shame and guilt.
Lovingly helping our enemies will hopefully bring shame to them for their hatred and animosity, thus producing repentance.
@newguy, thats not what I read the coa;s in the pam were given to them from others to catty tobuild thier own fire, makes better sence to me and I like better that shamming someone, they can build their own fuire and in so doing they will repent and turn to the Lord! but you may have the cooorect account I didnt hear it thataway
