so the question I have is what do you think about satan? can he make people rich and give things that can be mistaken as blessings such as cars, money, houses riches and so forth?
and my opinion is that Yes he most deifnatly can and does make peole rich and powerful we must remember that he is the god of this world that implys a certain amount of power in this world he has no power over us (believers) as God has ultimate power over everything and the ones that are his are protected from satan, however job had that hedge around him as well and in a time of testing the Lord removed Jobs hedge, I dont now to what extent the Lord will let satan do things but I do kow this satan is at work and he does have power and for those who arent saved and bllo bought satan is more powerful than they are the only thing that gives us power over him is the Blood o Jesus other wise he has more power over the human race than they hace over themselfs this is evident in things like drug addiction when satan has complete power over a persons life! Satan also has the abilty to make people wealthy, you see if people think they ae in need of nothing then they will never see their need for the Lord and therefor satan has them in his greips!

NEWS FLASH people dont always agree it dont mean I have unbeliefe or I am not saved I dont even completly agree with my own pastor he said something at churh the other night I absolutly disagreed with he said that there will be empty mansions in heaven now I still think that the mansions Jesus spoke of are glorified bodies but even if they are not even if they are houses I dont thin k there will be empty mansions that goes against everything I believe about Gods sovergnty ,

I am the richest woman I know in my 86 double wide driving my 22 year old truch running a cash register at the grocery outlet for 750 and hour I am happier than most I know that make twice that and I sometimes loan to those who make more than me but I am not wealthy I just get by and I have the things I need the difference is if I dont have the money to pay a bill or something I know who does owbn the cattkle of 1000 hills and I belong to him and he will make sure we are ok that doesnt mean I can count on driving a brand new camaro or buying a boat or a summer house just means I can trust him to meet my needs
pj dont worry aboutpeople persuading me i am rooted in the Lord I may not have all the answers yet but I ont remeber the Lord Jesus saying anywhere that we had to know everything just the Lord and his blood shed for me is all it takes to be saved, and i still dont understand where you stand on prosperity you say the word but no description you have said over and over your not talking about money if yur not talking about money then we agree its ok to recieve the Lords blessings he blesses me often but we get into trouble when we begin to "live for him"(if you can call it that) so tat we can recieve , when we give just to reap the harvst (money) thats wrong PJ and you know it that is all I am ever talking about when I speak against prosperity The Lord does not promse riches (not in the life) but he does promise peace and if I have peace I am not in need of riches along with peace comes contentment those 2 things are all thats needed then riches dont mean anything anymore!

Yes PJ I am blonde but I can and do thnk if I didnt think then God wasted flesh on making me a brain and a mind to think with, the word says we are to gaurd our thoughts take them into captivity making sure they are in obedience but it doesnt say anywhere that we are to quit thinking thats crazy and thats not what it says if you just rely on your heart and you dont use your mind at all that is a lack of wisom and I realize that you may be participating in what my pastor calls hyperfaith movemet like faith christian family chuch in PCB florida the pasor there has the most squar foot house of anyone in that county he also has manipulated many of his congrigation members to sign over everything they own down to their retirment to the church which he owns and his house btw is 30'000 sq ft and I grew up with a little girl whos mamma fell victim to this man eho still has a big church there and they ended up living in an efficiancy by the week 1 room apartment in 1993 I was 18 ans she was 15 they couldnt afford a christmas tree I almost got arrested for stealing her one (wasnt saved) Becaseu he mamma had given everything they had even their home to this preacher who claims a prosperity gospel its evil and thats all hter is to it these people are brain washed into believing if they give money and things they dont have God wil definatly bless them so they are giving with the wrong heart and spirit therefor they get nothing and end up broke and with a loss of faith these preachers or should I say hirelings will answer for the ones they have lead astray
