Posted : 2 Feb, 2012 04:20 PM 1 JOHN 5:4 "Whatever is born of God overcomes the World, and this is the victory that has overcome the World, OUR FAITH. TODAY'S CHRISTIANS LACK AN ACTIVE FAITH. Faith is acting on the word of God, most Christians are reader of the word and not doers of the word. Faith without action is an illusion, when we have an active faith there is no reason to be struggling Christians but overcoming Christians, because we are sons and daughters of God, and whatever is born of God is victorious over trials and tribulations of this world Overcoming Christians practice what they read or are taught, they see trails and tribulations as building blocks of faith, they see solutions instead of problems,. Todays Christians wants to go heaven by seating in the pews of Churches, praying and POLUTED BY SIN. The word of God is good medicine, until we start taking our medicine as priscribed, we will always struggle. What do you say?. Post Reply

Posted : 2 Feb, 2012 08:22 PM you cant even be a christian without faith pure and simple you had to have it to become a christian you have to continue in it to stay one, so whats everybody talking about SOOO LOUD ABOUT HAVING FAITH if you dont have faithyou aent saved anyway.. duh and having faith will always causeu to strive for obedience! throguh obedience HIS AITH WAS MADE PERFECT!!!! He who loves me will keep my comandments, ths is faith just like repenting is not only asking forgivness it is also turning from sin faith is also 2 steps its believing Jesus is who he says he is and step 2 is obedience those 2 things wil = faith every time and where to we get faith? well we dont muster it up from within uour own being, faith comes from the word of God eading and hearing it and its also given to us by God sa are ALLLL THINGS:bouncy: Post Reply

Posted : 2 Feb, 2012 11:23 PM That is true Manscottell in a sense that is the same measure of faith we all receive when we are born again, so then faith begins where the will of is known and then acted upon. For instance many reject the gift of The Holy Ghost because they do not accept the truth on the topic, thus it is unbelief. It never changes nor is the process ever over, faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God, and then faith goeth it must be kept full. Post Reply

View Profile History	WHY ARE TODAYS CHRISTIANS STRUGGLING? Posted : 3 Feb, 2012 07:22 AM I would like to add my two Homeland pennies into the conversation. Dead men and woman do not struggle! Look at Jacob and Job,Look at Moses and David,Look at every person in the Hall of faith ( Hebrews 11 ). Every person in the Word of YHWH struggled throughout their lives,along with the Apostles. If anyone in this life is expecting perfection in anyone other than Yeshua,then that person is in need of their eyes being opened to their fallen nature. Yeshua does not perfect ANYONE in this life,that is why there is the NEW CREATION,until then we have the rghteousness,holiness,and sanctifiction of Yeshua IMPUTED to our account. In the NEW CREATION,that imputation will become real for eternity. Until then,don't sweat anything,just enjoy the bus ride. Shalom ps Is anyone one this site PERFECT YET! The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance against such there is no law. Galatians 5:22-23 OT rules don't control Christians 'lives but God's Spirit should: "Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh." Galations 5:16 One of Paul's closing comments, "Ye see how large a letter I have written unto You with mine own hand", makes some believe that poor eyesight was the apostle's thorn in the flesh: 2 Cor. 12:7 Also, Christians should respect Authority, whether in the Church, the Home, or Society at large. Ephesians 6:5-8 So what? Well, in Him (Jesus) You are too be built to become a Dwelling in Which God lives by his Spirit. :rocknroll: Post Reply
