For prayers to be answered we must be obedient to the word and instructions of the Lord.
1."YOU DO NOT HAVE BECAUSE YOU DO NOT ASK"
Instruction: Ask and you will recieve. People that are OK don't need God so they cannot recieve from God. God created us as dependant not independent of Him. An independent Spirit is seperated from God.
2. "YOU ASK AND DO NOT RECIEVE BECAUSE YOU ASK WITH WRONG MOTIVE SO THAT YOU CAN SPEND IT ON YOUR OWN PLEASURES" .
Our requests must be within the will of God, your motives and intent must correspond with word of God.
3. Isaiah 59:1-2 "Behold the Lord hand is not so short, That He cannot save, Neither is His hear dull, that He cannot hear. But your iniquities have made a seperation between you and your God. And your sins have hidden His face from you, so that He does not hear".
When we are in sin God is seperated from us, He is not deaf he can hear you but will not respond to your request until you confess, repent and turn away from you sin, then you can renew your relationship with Him.
4.Matthew 11:24 "Therefore I say to you all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have recieved them they shall be granted you".
We must pray by faith, without faith you cannot please and recieve from God.
5. Always pray in the name of Jesus He is your connector to God.

We are told in scripture that God does hear and answer our prayers I John 5:14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.
BUT, many times we do not pray to God with power in sincerity, and our prayer requests sometimes never leave the room. Many prayers are also not according to God's will... although God answers all prayers, His answers at times are not as we have expected and we THINK He hasn't answered... BUT He always answers prayers with a YES, or a NO, or Wait, because you may have need of patience... most often He answers with a No, if its not according to Him will for our lives or good for us, or in faith, because as has been stated, many pray not in strong faith believing with confidence that God hear or will answer them... many pray passively with out the pwoer, and they pray doubting which Jesus teaches us when we pray believe without doubt and it shall be done.
Many pray never really ask God specifically what it is they are in need of Him to do or desire of Him. Paul teaches us this Philippians 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
We will know God has heard our prayer requests when we feel the PEACE OF GOD regarding the prayer request we have put before Him and require of Him.
We are to ask, plead, beg, beseech, and petition Him and keep on asking until we hear from Him.
"Save now, I beseech thee, O LORD: O LORD, I beseech thee, send now prosperity." Psalms 118:25

Christians dont need extra money if w have jesus we have everything we need if our bills are paid and we have food in our belly and transporaion to work (notice I didnt say a BMW or cadilac rather just transportaion) and to other places we need to go, to church especiqly , then thats it we need foor ,shelter, and a ride to work and church we need clothes anyway you ge ny drift I am not saying that its a sin to have extra things but I dont think we need to be seeking God in prayer for a boat, God knows if you want a boat if he wants you to have one you dont have to be praying and fasting to ask for one, thats a selfish prayer
God knows what are needs are before we ask Him. He is not somebody we can lie to or decieve.
He promised to supply our needs not our wants. People that pray for what they want are only talking to themselves not to God because our wants are out of the will of God.
Gods promises are solid and He only delivers within the perimeters of those promises.
If we follow the rules of the game we are in the game when we break the rules we are out of the game, God only bless obedience not disobedience.

I wasnt trying to juge anyone of those preachers rather make the point that I was trying to make about that doctrine, and how obviously corupt it is, the devil will corrupt any way he can and he will take truth and twist it into a lie every chance he gets
there most certainly is scripture that su[ports the provisions of God, and his provisions are always perfect, now lets talk about the word perfect!!
does perfect mean excess? NOPE it means complete..
a puzzel for instance is complete when all the pieces are there and in the right place!
But excess pieces only goto waste!
And Gods perfct provisions will be perfectly complete exactly what we need but anything in excess goes to waste!
If we have been given extra of anything you can bet that God has given it to us so that we can bless someone else, so hat we will have extra to give to soeone else , its isnt so we can sit on it and save it up and be greedy!
If yoyu have excess money more than what you need to keep your household going and have some put back for emergeny's which is the wise thing to do and we are instructed to be wise!
But if you have just out right excess money or cars or clothes or anything of that nature then you should be considering giving it to someone who needs it!

give to those in need! isnt that what we are to be doing, extending grace to a lost world I dont mean find another christian and give to them, although we are to be blessing our brothers and sisters but we are to be giving to those in need whether they are saved o not, as our hand reaching out to them is the extention of the Lords hand and could be the vehichal that the Lord uses to save them
