A debate is having a topic discussed from two opposising views Pros and Cons.

An arguement involves name calling, insults and disrespect.

What goes on Topics on the Forum, debates or Arguements?

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A DEBATE AND AN ARGUEMENT?

disagreing on the what someone thinks a scripture says or means doesnt automaticly put any person in the catagory of unbelief and if that person is saying they do believe then its wrong to keep telling them they dont believe whether it be believe in the Lord at all or one particular subject, my point is , its just as possible that one person is wrong as it is that someone else that disagrres is wrong about one specific subject, and not admitting that its possible that you are the one wrong and continuisly calling someone names is potentialy hurtful and comepletly against the worsd of God, its ot up to us to decide if a mans mind is renewd or not,

side note, some of the things I dont believe in are things my flesh wishes were true but my spirit knows they are not, in other words if my flesh desires it, then it cant be right becauer the flesh wars against the spirit one is contraryt to the other, thats what the word says and the word is our measure and its always right, so if the flesh and the spirit are contrary and the spirit is whats right and leads us in the right direction then the flesh will always be leading us in the wrong direction its a simple deduction.. so in ohter words if the gospel you are believing is making your flesh feel good and building up your flesh its detrimental to your spirit, I am not the one who said flesh and spirit are contrary (which means they contradict or are oposit) The Apostle Paul said that so take it up with him:peace:

We can't just believe what others say is right if we think is wrong, that is why the Bible teaches that we should find out the truth and the truth will set us free.

When in doubt, go into the word, you will get confirmation or revelation if what others are saying is true or not, if it is you believe, if it's not you don't believe, you are responsible for your salvation.

We are already taught there will be false teachers, when in doubt, serch for the truth, the truth set you free from false doctrines.

right scott but, people should expalin why they think someone else is wrong not just say crazy stuff and not explain it, all things are suposed to be edifieing not tearing down, saying something like "scott the Lord jESUS wouldnt agree with your unbeliefthe word of truth is always right, you have called God a liar and made the word of God of non effect according to the word of God, "

that is not an explanation it is not teaching it is not building up its nothing but a feeble attempt aty being circular and it tears down I am sick od these types oif responces , I really am!:boxing: (that was an examnple of what I think is crud on here and not a real responce directd at you)
